Looking for a role where you can take the lead on audits and genuinely move your career forward?
I’m working with a progressive, expanding accountancy firm in Liverpool that’s seeking an Audit Senior to join its growing team. This is an ideal step for someone who’s ACA/ACCA qualified (or close to it) and wants more responsibility, more client interaction and a clearer pathway to advancement.
This isn’t your standard audit position-you’ll manage your own portfolio, work closely with clients, support junior colleagues and be part of a practice that truly invests in developing its people.
What You’ll Be Doing*Taking charge of audit assignments from planning through to completion, overseeing budgets, timelines, fieldwork and final reporting across a varied client base
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted adviser
*Reviewing work and guiding junior team members, helping them strengthen their audit and accounts skills
*Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies
*Ensuring all assignments are delivered efficiently, accurately and to a high technical standard
What We’re Looking For*ACA/ACCA qualified (or nearly qualified)
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an accountancy practice
*Solid understanding of UK audit and accounting standards
*Confident leading audits and managing client relationships
*Full UK driving licence
