Purpose
Provide legal support to the Property Litigation team by assisting with case management, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and supporting the resolution of property disputes.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist with property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, and boundary disputes.
*Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles.
*Conduct legal research and manage case files.
*Liaise with clients, courts, counsel, and other parties.
*Support solicitors throughout the litigation process and ensure key deadlines are met.
Skills & Experience
*Law degree or equivalent.
*Previous paralegal experience, ideally in property litigation or civil litigation.
*Strong organisational, communication, and drafting skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
