Full job descriptionommercial Paralegal
Purpose
Provide legal support to the business by drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, while helping ensure legal compliance and reducing risk.
Key Responsibilities
*Draft and review commercial contracts, including NDAs and supplier/customer agreements.
*Support contract negotiations and maintain contract records.
*Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
*Assist with compliance and legal administration.
*Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
Skills & Experience
*Law degree or equivalent.
*Previous paralegal experience, ideally in commercial law.
*Strong organisational, communication, and contract drafting skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
