Our client is a well-established organisation within the logistics and freight forwarding industry, providing export and transportation solutions to customers across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Trainee Export Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in Aberdeen.

Trainee Export Administrator (Multimodal) - Requirements
*Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provide
*Eager to learn and develop a career within logistics or exports

*Organised and able to plan and prioritise workloads
*A proactive team player with a positive attitude
*An active listener with excellent customer service skills
*Able to think creatively and solve problems
*Reliable, professional and mature in their approach

Trainee Export Administrator (Multimodal) - Responsibilities
*Support the Export team with daily administrative duties
*Learn and assist with export documentation and customs paperwork
*Provide excellent customer service to clients
*Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
*Liaise with couriers, transport providers and logistics partners.
*Update proof of delivery (POD) information and shipment records.
*Arrange collections and deliveries.
*Coordinate courier bookings.
*Develop knowledge of export processes and customs compliance.
*Progress into air and ocean freight operations as experience grows.
