Description
*Partner with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision-making.
*Lead the preparation of complex business cases, investment proposals and strategic initiatives.
*Provide financial analysis, modelling and recommendations to support key business decisions.
*Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
*Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes across the group.
*Analyse business performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
*Translate financial data into meaningful insights to influence commercial outcomes.
*Collaborate cross-functionally with operational teams to evaluate risks, opportunities and growth initiatives.
*Drive continuous improvement across reporting, processes and commercial finance practices.
*Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
Profile
*Proven experience in a commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering role within a complex organisation.
*Strong experience developing business cases, financial models and investment proposals.
*Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, including Executive Leadership Teams.
*Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights.
*Excellent analytical skills with experience supporting strategic decision-making.
*Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
*Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
*A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
*Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation undergoing transformation is highly desirable.
Job Offer
*Permanent role with a competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
