Tradewind Recruitment is looking for confident, enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Salford.
Whether you’re a recent graduate considering teacher training or have experience as a youth worker, support worker, sports coach or mentor, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while making a real difference to students’ education.
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll deliver pre-set lessons, maintain a positive learning environment and support students to stay focused during the teacher’s absence. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
We’re looking for candidates who:
*Enjoy working with young people.
*Can confidently lead a classroom and manage behaviour.
*Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Are adaptable, resilient and proactive.
*Have experience in education, coaching, youth work or another role supporting young people.
