Role OverviewThis hybrid role bridges technical paraplanning and client-facing financial advice, giving you a structured pathway to becoming a fully qualified adviser. You’ll begin with technical work and gradually transition into taking ownership of client relationships and delivering holistic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities*Technical paraplanning: writing compliant suitability reports, conducting fund research, supporting planners
*Client relationship management: shadowing advisers, attending meetings, taking ownership of client reviews
*Financial advice: delivering holistic planning across pensions, investments & protection as you progress toward CAS
*Compliance & development: maintaining high ethical standards, completing CPD, progressing qualifications with full study support
What We’re Looking For*Strong background within an IFA environment
*Experience drafting complex suitability reports
*Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipPFS / CII / CISI) or close to completion
*Based within a commutable distance of Buxton
*Excellent communication skills & emotional intelligence
*Genuine ambition to build a long-term advisory career
