Full job descriptionHome Moving Technician (Removals Operative, Driving licence Mandatory)Pertemps are recruiting for Home Moving Technicians
Pertemps are seeking Home Moving Technicians to join a busy removals and logistics team working across key UK locations. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and delivering excellent customer service.Driving licence is Mandatory
Location*Edinburgh (EH5 1PW)
Salary & Benefits*£13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
*Equivalent to approx. £28,000 per annum
*Overtime paid after 40 hours
*25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (33 days total)
Hours*40 hours per week
*Typically 07:30 – 16:30 (1-hour unpaid break)
*5 days out of 7 (Monday to Sunday rota)
Key Responsibilities*Assisting with home and office removals
*Packing, loading, and unloading household goods safely
*Handling items with care and professionalism
*Working as part of a team on-site and on the road
*Providing a positive customer experience
Weekend Working*Rotational weekend shifts depending on operational requirements
