FPnA Transformation and Insights Analytics AVP
Financial Services
*Lead financial planning and analysis transformation initiatives.
*Develop and deliver actionable financial insights for strategic decision-making using Power Bi.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
*Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
*Ensure compliance with internal and external financial reporting standards.
*Work closely with the accounting and finance team to align objectives.
*Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
Profile
FPnA Transformation and Insights Analytics AVP
A successful FP&A Transformation & Insights Analytics AVP should have:
*Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within the brokerage, commodities or banking industry.
*Proven ability to lead transformation projects and deliver measurable results specifically using Power Bi.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools, ideally Advanced Excel.
*Strong communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders.
*A background in accounting or finance, with relevant qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MBA).

*Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
