Role OverviewYou’ll provide technical paraplanning support to two Chartered planners, turning client discussions into high quality research, analysis and suitability reports. Work spans pensions, investments, protection and tax planning.
Key Responsibilities*Research & analysis across all advice areas
*Preparing suitability reports (AI-supported templates)
*Product & provider comparisons
*Cashflow modelling
*Liaising with providers & maintaining compliant records
*Pre/post-sale admin where needed
*Improving paraplanning processes & templates
Requirements*Paraplanning experience
*Strong technical knowledge (pensions, investments, protection, tax)
*Excellent report writing & attention to detail
*Confident with planning software (Voyant, CashCalc, Intelliflo)
*Good FCA/regulatory understanding
*Strong communication & organisational skills
*Nice to have: Level 4 Diploma or working towards it
