Location: Dover & Folkestone / Ashford
Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for two Multi-Skilled Engineers to join a well-established estates and facilities team supporting critical infrastructure across sites in Dover, Folkestone and Ashford.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers with strong mechanical and electrical expertise to work within a busy and technically challenging environment. You will be responsible for maintaining key building services and ensuring critical systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building services plant and equipment
*Diagnose and rectify faults across both mechanical and electrical systems
*Maintain and service HVAC systems, boilers, air handling units, BMS controls, electrical distribution systems and water services
*Support minor installations, refurbishments and improvement projects
*Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and statutory compliance requirements
*Assist in driving continuous improvement and reducing equipment downtime
About You
*HNC/HND qualified, or equivalent, in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline
*Experience working within a complex engineering or maintenance environment
*Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across M&E systems
*Knowledge of compliance, maintenance standards and health and safety legislation
*Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider engineering team
*Full UK driving licence
