Role Overview
You’ll provide end to end administrative support across new business, client reviews, group schemes and ongoing servicing. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial services admin experience who enjoys working in a structured, professional private-wealth environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Client admin: meeting confirmations, IO/Iris updates, creating electronic client files, managing LOAs, liaising with clients/providers
*New business: producing illustrations, applications, fund info; processing online/paper applications; monitoring pipeline; chasing underwriting
*Client reviews: preparing pre-meeting packs, processing post-meeting actions, producing review letters
*Group schemes: monitoring existing schemes, handling renewals, setting up new schemes
*General admin: managing stationery/post, handling provider correspondence, actioning adviser/client requests
Requirements
*3+ years financial services experience
*FCA knowledge (desirable)
*Senior admin/paraplanning exposure (desirable)
*Strong organisation, communication and accuracy
*Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
