Key Responsibilities:
*Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
*Performing bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
*Managing and maintaining records for dormant companies
*Processing financial transactions and supporting month-end activities
*Assisting with general finance and administrative tasks
*Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Candidate Skills and Requirements:
*Previous experience in a finance, bookkeeping, or an account’s role
*Good understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliations
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Excellent organisational and communication skills

Salary and Benefits:
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm – 37.5 per week with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
