Looking to gain classroom experience before teacher training?
Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of secondary schools across Bolton from September.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning. No planning or marking is required, making this an ideal stepping stone into teaching.

*Hold a degree (desirable but not essential) or have relevant experience as a sports coach, youth worker, support worker or mentor.
What we offer:
*Flexible full-time and part-time work to suit your availability.
*Opportunities across a range of excellent secondary schools in Bolton.
*Competitive daily pay.
*Free CPD, including Cover Supervisor training and safeguarding.
*Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant.
*A fantastic route into teacher training or a long-term career in education.
If you’re passionate about supporting young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience, we’d love to hear from you.
