£35,000-£41,000 Salary + Package
Fully onsite - 5 days a week
We’re seeking a dedicated professional to program, set, and operate CNC lathes and mills, ensuring high-quality results that meet exacting standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is for you.
Required Skills:
*Proficiency in CNC programming, setting, and operation
*Experience with Fanuc controls preferred
*Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining various metals
*Ability to produce accurate, high-quality components and work within tight tolerances
*Knowledge of jig and fixture making
*Competency in reading and interpreting CAD/CAM files (beneficial)
*Capable of troubleshooting and adjusting programs to meet quality and production goals
Nice to Have Skills:
*Aerospace sector experience
*Familiarity with manual machines
*Additional CAD/CAM programming skills
Other Requirements:
*Commitment to quality standards per AS 9100
*Ability to meet production schedules and optimize cycle times
*Willingness to work within a team that values excellence
