For a vulnerable child, a crisis setting can feel incredibly daunting. They deserve more than a supervisor checking boxes; they need a consistent, reliable professional who can keep them safe and bring stability back to their day.
We are seeking resilient care professionals to join our expanding team in Patchway and the North Bristol border. You will be supporting young people facing significant emotional challenges, creating structure, and offering reassurance in moments of distress.
If you have experience as a Youth Worker, Support Worker, Education Assistant, Residential Care Worker, or Childcare Practitioner, this position would be an excellent match for you.
How you will make a difference*Support Development: Deliver person centred care that encourages daily life skills and independence.
*Manage Risk: Confidently handle verbal and physical aggression using positive behavioural support frameworks.
*Maintain Records: Log precise daily records to ensure compliance and support therapy teams.
What you will bring*Background: At least 6 months of paid UK support work experience in care.
*Mindset: A calm, empathetic, and structured approach to supporting young people.
*License: A UK driving licence and vehicle access are highly preferred due to placement locations.
