Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Onboarding Administrator to join a well-established financial services firm in Blackpool.
This role focuses on onboarding new clients by reviewing and setting up accounts within the CRM system, ensuring all processes are completed in line with regulatory and internal procedural requirements.
You will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining client data, ensuring high levels of data integrity through strict quality control checks, and supporting internal stakeholders with onboarding queries. The role also involves liaising with Front Office and Client Due Diligence teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
This is a key operational role within the business, contributing to process improvement, project work, and ongoing data accuracy across client onboarding activities.

Skills and Experience Required:
