The role of the Estimator - Bespoke Joinery & Timber Products will involve:
*Estimator position working with a manufactured range of bespoke joinery & timber doorsets.
*Prepare accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects.
*Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
*Obtain supplier quotations and support competitive tender submissions.
*Work with design, commercial and project teams to deliver successful bids.
*Maintain pricing records and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
The ideal applicant will be Estimator - Bespoke Joinery & Timber Products with:
*Must have experience as an Estimator working with timber joinery, timber fit-out or related
*Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes.
*Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans.
*Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
*IT Literate particularly excel
