The Role
*Process vehicle sales orders accurately from order to delivery
*Ensure all documentation meets FCA, DVLA, and manufacturer requirements
*Manage registrations, invoicing, and deal files
*Liaise with finance companies, sales teams, and customers
*Maintain accurate records on internal systems
*Support audits and ensure full compliance
*Handle customer queries and track order progress
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience as a Sales Administrator within the motor trade
*Strong understanding of vehicle sales processes, registrations, and compliance
*Experience using dealership management systems (e.g. Kerridge, CDK, or similar)
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to manage high volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment
*Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments and with customers
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable
*FCA compliance knowledge and experience with regulated finance products
*Experience with both new and used vehicle sales
*Familiarity with manufacturer standards and audit processes
