We are looking for an experience Bodyshop Manager to join our Warrington location.

Job Purpose:
As Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the department — ensuring vehicles are repaired to the highest standards, customers receive outstanding service, and the business meets its financial targets.
You will:
*Lead and motivate a team of technicians, painters and estimators
*Manage workflow to ensure efficient, on-time repairs
*Liaise with customers and insurance companies
*Oversee estimates, costs and profitability
*Ensure manufacturer and health & safety compliance
*Drive quality standards and customer satisfaction
Role Requirements
Essential
*Previous experience in a Body Shop leadership role
*Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and estimating
*Excellent people management skills
*A customer-focused approach
*Commercial awareness and ability to manage KPIs
*Experience working with insurers and accident management companies
Desirable
*ATA/VDA accreditation would be an advantage
*A full driving licence with no more than six points (due to insurance purposes)
*Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices.
*Technical and engineering qualifications.
