Location: Newquay / Bodmin, Cornwall
Pay: £14.00 to £20.00 per hour (Weekly Pay plus Holiday Pay)
Job Type: Flexible Temporary and Block Bookings

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in similar positions, including Support Worker, Care Assistant, Education Assistant, Key Worker, Crisis Support Worker, or Childcare Practitioner.
How you will make a difference*Promote Co Regulation: Deliver a stable, predictable routine that helps dysregulated youth feel secure.
*Manage Volatility: Confidently diffuse challenging episodes and high risk behaviours using positive behavioural support frameworks.
*Document Progress: Keep precise daily logs to maintain strict safeguarding standards and assist multi disciplinary medical teams.
What you will bring*Track Record: A minimum of 6 months of verifiable UK experience in a children’s residential or youth care environment.
*Competencies: Strong personal resilience, excellent boundaries, and a thorough understanding of trauma informed care.
*Licence: A valid UK driving licence and independent transport to access rural placements easily.
