Full job descriptionOur client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of the accounting processes.
Duties
*Record and maintain financial transactions using Sage
*Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
*Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
*Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as required
*Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
*Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
This role is offered on a part-time basis, working 5 hours per day, either over 3, 4 or 5 days per week. This is an office based position, no remote working is available.
