An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Housing Disrepair Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join a thriving and expanding Legal 500 law firm in Manchester. The Role
You’ll take ownership of your own caseload of litigated housing disrepair claims, managing matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. You’ll advise tenants, draft pleadings and witness statements, instruct experts, negotiate with defendants and progress claims efficiently through the litigation process.
As your experience develops, you’ll also have the opportunity to support junior colleagues and play an active role in the continued growth of a successful and ambitious team.
About You
You will be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2+ years’ PQE and a proven track record of independently managing litigated housing disrepair or wider civil litigation matters. You’ll be a confident communicator with strong technical ability and a proactive, client-focused approach.
