Location: Swindon
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour


Responsive Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client in Swindon for a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join their busy warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The site is conveniently accessible by local bus routes, making it ideal for candidates who rely on public transport.


Key Responsibilities
*Carrying out daily warehouse administration tasks.
*Managing stock records and supporting regular stock takes.
*Processing and updating warehouse documentation accurately.
*Supporting picking operations and ensuring orders are processed correctly.
*Liaising with warehouse staff to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
*Updating internal systems with stock movements and order information.
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.


Requirements
*Previous experience in a warehouse administration role.
*Experience carrying out stock takes and stock control.
*Knowledge of warehouse picking processes.
*Strong administration and organisational skills.
*Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
*Experience using Mintsoft is highly desirable, although not essential.
*Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
