Pentagon Talent has partnered with a leading global law firm, seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to join their Finance team in London. This is a unique opportunity to shape pricing strategies, optimise profitability, and provide strategic insights that directly impact the firm’s success.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Pricing Manager*Develop and implement firm-wide pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
*Lead a high-performing team, fostering growth and collaboration.
*Drive the global client fee deal process, ensuring commercial proposals meet stakeholder needs.
*Provide strategic insights and challenge senior stakeholders to optimise profitability.
*Negotiate directly with clients, both locally and internationally.
*Oversee financial modelling and ensure quality control of pricing outputs.
*Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices and market intelligence.
Required Experience of Senior Pricing Manager*Professional Background:*5+ years of experience leading pricing functions in a global professional services or law firm environment.
*Proven expertise in strategic negotiations and delivering actionable pricing insights.
*Skilled in complex modelling, quantitative analysis, and leveraging automation and AI.
*Experience as a line manager, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
*Educational Qualifications:*Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
*Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable.
Key Skills and Attributes*Exceptional financial numeracy and advanced data visualisation skills.
*Strong leadership and people management abilities.
*Gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and build trust.
*Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure.
