What You’ll Do:
*Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, chat and other communication channels.
*Manage customer queries relating to returns, repairs, replacements and service requests.
*Process RMAs and maintain accurate records of returns, repairs and deliveries.
*Schedule field service repair calls and coordinate with internal teams.
*Update databases and ensure service documentation is accurate and accessible.
*Resolve customer issues efficiently, including return credits and product enquiries.
*Support process improvements and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Bring:
*Previous customer service experience, ideally within medical technology or a related industry.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Experience managing returns, repairs, orders and customer enquiries.
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
*Proficiency using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
