Full job descriptionOur client is a well-known bakery and is seeking a Bakery Manager to join their friendly store in Winchester.
We are looking for an experienced manager with leadership experience in food service and customer-facing environments. Proven track record of managing teams, delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales and KPI targets, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards. A motivated and adaptable leader who excels at coaching staff, improving performance, and creating positive customer experiences.

What we are looking for:
*Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, food service, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant environments.
*Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
*Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
*Experience managing sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
*Food preparation and food service experience.
*Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
*Experience in staff training and coaching.
*Ability to manage stock, wastage, and controllable costs.
*Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
*Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
