Full job descriptionResidential Support WorkerLocation: Lingfield, Surrey (Free Parking!)
Pay: £12.71 - £13.65 / hour (depending on experience/qualifications)
Contract: Term-Time Only (39 weeks/year) | Full-Time & Part-Time (up to 44.25 hrs)
Hours: Monday to Friday only (No weekends!)
Shifts 06:45-13:30 and 15:45-22:00

What You’ll Be DoingNo two days are the same. You will help young people build life skills, gain independence, and access education and hobbies. This includes providing personal care with dignity and supporting them through emotional or challenging moments as a team.
We are looking for people who are:

*Great team players and clear communicators.
*Drivers - public transport isn’t really an option for getting into our site!
