Pre- and post-contract cost management for multi-million-pound developments.
Feasibility studies, procurement strategy, and final account negotiations.

*Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Working alongside Directors in Building Surveying and Engineering to deliver integrated, "one-firm" solutions for blue-chip clients.
*P&L Responsibility: Managing departmental budgets, fee forecasting, and ensuring the commercial viability of the cost consultancy division.
