Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning team based in Central Manchester.
This role is ideal for a career Paraplanner who holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum) and has at least five years’ paraplanning experience. Working closely with Financial Advisers, you’ll provide high-quality technical support by preparing suitability reports, conducting research, analysing client information and helping deliver tailored financial planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities*Prepare high-quality suitability reports and supporting documentation.
*Conduct technical research across pensions, investments and protection products.
*Analyse client financial information to support financial planning recommendations.
*Prepare client review packs and presentation documents.
*Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain policy information.
*Process new business and support ongoing client servicing.
*Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
*Schedule meetings and manage client correspondence.
*Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.
*Work closely with Financial Advisers to deliver an outstanding client experience.
*Contribute to improving internal processes and efficiencies.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential
*A minimum of five years’ experience as a Paraplanner
*Strong technical knowledge of financial planning
*Excellent report writing and analytical skills
*Experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
