*Identify and mitigate potential risks in procurement and contracts.

Profile
A successful Head of Commercial should have:
*Experience in procurement or contract management within the public sector.
*Strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations and frameworks.
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
*Proficiency in stakeholder and supplier management.
*Knowledge of risk management in procurement processes.
*A professional qualification in procurement or a related field is desirable.
Job Offer
*Salary up to £75,000 dependent on the level of experience.
