Quality Engineer
Job Description:
*Acting as a customer & supplier interface and focal contract point for customers for all quality related matters including customer complaints, new product implementation, quality performance reviews
*Leading day to day quality activities of an integrated logistics centre (Warehouse) to ensure accurate management of customer returns, supplier returns and quality wall inspections
*Apply root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
*Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Experience with customers or customer quality
*Proven experience in root cause investigations (8D’s, 5Whys, CAPA)
*Engineering & Manufacturing experience.
*Experience with the following PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, PFMEA
