*Working with regional partners to support investment, business growth, and employment outcomes.
*Helping shape a stronger talent pipeline across the West Midlands.

*Supporting inward investors and growing businesses with talent attraction and workforce planning solutions.
*Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking employer engagement activity.
*Gathering employer intelligence and sharing insights with key regional stakeholders.
*Supporting collaborative projects across WMGC, WMCA, local authorities, and partner organisations.
*Promoting regional skills initiatives and workforce development opportunities.
*Building strong relationships that support long-term business growth and talent development.
