My client are seeking a dedicated cleaner to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of various commercial premises. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and experience in janitorial services to contribute to a professional setting.
Duties
*Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
*Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to high standards
*Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
*Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any malfunctions or shortages
*Ensure all surfaces are kept free from dust, dirt, and stains
*Follow health and safety procedures at all times during cleaning activities
*Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning routines
*Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security protocols
Qualifications
*Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
*Strong attention to detail with organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and efficiently within designated timeframes
*Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the shift
*Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous
