Job Description:
Full job descriptionRecruit UK is supporting a well-established and growing financial planning firm in the search for a Wealth Administrator for their office in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Wealth Administrator looking to take on a more senior position, supporting advisers with complex client cases while helping maintain a high standard of service across the administration team.
Responsibilities Include:
*Process complex new business, policy changes, transfers, withdrawals and valuations
*Provide high-level administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
*Maintain accurate client records across CRM and back-office systems
*Liaise with providers to resolve complex case queries efficiently
*Review work, share knowledge and provide support to junior administrators
*Ensure all administration is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures
Benefits:
*Salary up to £38,000 DoE
*Hybrid working
*Full or part-time considered
*25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing with service up to 30 days
*Performance-related bonus
*Private healthcare
Requirements:
*2 years’ experience in an IFA Administrator, Financial Services Administrator or similar Wealth Management support role (Required)
*Good knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
*Experience processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals, transfers and ongoing servicing requests
*Confident using CRM and back-office systems (experience with SJP systems advantageous but not essential)
