MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Window Order Processor to join an established manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors based in Essex.


Order Processor Administrator role:
*Joining a small but dedicated order processing team and working with the wider team in an open plan office you will respond to customer enquiries, providing product information and advice as required
*Check specifications and process accurate window and door quotations and orders using Business Micros Evolution window processing system
*Checking prices and sending orders to 3rd party suppliers
*Maintaining great relationships with customers and suppliers
*Wider administrative support including answering incoming calls, responding to customers., following up quotes and updating customers


Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience of order processing windows and doors using business micros system (or similar) is essential
*An understanding of window and door products and relevant regulations
*The successful candidate will be methodical, accurate & efficient in approach and have great people skills
*Own transport is highly advantageous


Salary:
*Salary band is £33-35k depending on skills & experience
*Hours of work are either or Monday to Friday
*28 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory
