We’re recruiting for a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly respected, market-leading independent estate agency in their successful Brentwood office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in estate agency, whether you’re starting out with transferable sales or customer service experience or you’re an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator ready to join a high-performing branch with an outstanding local reputation.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
*Progress sales through to completion
*Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and vendors
*Generate new business opportunities
*Work closely with the mortgage and lettings teams to maximise referrals
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process
*Assist with property valuations
*Win new instructions
*Deliver outstanding vendor care and support
Sales Negotiator Requirements
*Experience within estate agency, sales, customer service or hospitality
*Previous estate agency experience is essential for Senior Sales Negotiator applicants
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*A proactive, target-driven approach
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Good IT skills
*Professional, personable and commercially minded
*Full UK driving licence
