We’re looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join our clients growing team. If you enjoy working in a modern machining environment, take pride in producing high-quality components, and can work independently, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing
*Setting, operating and programming a CNC Vertical Mill using Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls
*Programming directly from engineering drawings without assistance.
*Machining a variety of materials, primarily aluminium.
*Producing high-quality components to drawing specifications.
*Maintaining your own quality standards and carrying out self-inspection.
*Selecting the most suitable tooling for each job.
What we’re looking for
*Proven experience setting and programming CNC Vertical Mills independently.
*Strong knowledge of Fanuc and/or Heidenhain control systems (both preferred).
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
*A keen eye for quality and attention to detail.
*A positive, reliable approach and pride in your work.
What’s on offer
*Full-time, permanent position
*40 hours per week (day shift with flexible working hours)
*Opportunity to finish at midday every Friday through flexi-time.
*33 days holiday, including Bank Holidays.
*Competitive pay of £17.00–£19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
