Duties of a Service Advisor:
*Welcome customers and accurately assess their vehicle service requirements
*Schedule vehicle servicing and maintenance appointments
*Assist with parts sales and manage stock levels
*Provide precise vehicle repair estimates and communicate updates to customers
*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
*Support daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
*Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade sector
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Ability to manage both service and parts-related tasks effectively
*Organised, professional, and customer-focused approach to work
*Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is advantageous
*Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-volume workloads
