Full job descriptionAn immediate opportunity has popped up with a national company, looking to hire a Property Lawyer with a strong exposure in LTA 1954.
Key Focus Areas
*Taking ownership of a varied and dynamic caseload with minimal supervision.
*Managing landlord–tenant issues confidently and pragmatically.
*Supporting the Senior Lawyer on larger projects and leading on independent matters.
*Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
*Demonstrating sound commercial judgement and risk-balanced advice.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
*Strong working knowledge of commercial landlord & tenant law.
*Ability to handle end-to-end lease work and respond confidently to scenarios such as notices, renewals, and lease termination actions.
*A pragmatic, solutions-driven mindset that supports operational delivery.
*Calm, collaborative personality and excellent attention to detail, whilst being proactive in a fast-paced environment.
*In-house experience is helpful but not essential; private practice Commercial Property Lawyers with solid commercial property-related legal exposure are encouraged.
Working Model
*Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office per week
