The Role
As a Science Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
*Encourage students to develop curiosity, analytical thinking, and a genuine interest in the sciences.
*Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
*Monitor and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies where required.
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners.
*Contribute to the wider success of the Science department and school community.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
*Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
*Have experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
*Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
*Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
*Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Be committed to raising attainment and inspiring young people to achieve their best.
