REED Education are delighted to be working in partnership with a ’Good’ Ofsted-rated secondary school in Cambridgeshire to recruit a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2026.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative Science department where innovation, high standards, and a love for learning are encouraged.
The Role
As a Science Teacher, you will:
*Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
*Inspire students to develop curiosity and enthusiasm for Science.
*Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to ensure positive outcomes.
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Science department and wider school team.
*Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
*Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
*Have experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
*Possess strong classroom management skills and excellent subject knowledge.
*Be committed to raising achievement and inspiring young people.
*Have a positive, proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
*Be able to quickly build strong relationships with students and staff.
