Salary: £17 - £18 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary, to start ASAP - 4 weeks with the potential for extension
Hours: Full-time - 36 hours per week

The Role
As a Female Housing Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting women experiencing homelessness. You will provide practical and emotional support, advocate for women, and help clients access support services. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities - Female Housing Support Worker;
*Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored support plans.
*Liaise with partner agencies to facilitate access support services.
*Support clients in navigating housing benefits and financial assistance.
*Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
*Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development.
The Candidate
*Experience working with vulnerable people, particularly in housing or social care.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
*A driver with access to a car for work and the ability to work across a shift pattern including some weekends.
