An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planner to join a rapidly growing, independent wealth management business in Birmingham.
This role is ideal for an Adviser who is passionate about building long-term client relationships and delivering holistic financial planning. You’ll inherit an existing portfolio of clients while also being supported to develop new business through referrals, professional introducers and the wider group.
With a strong paraplanning and administration team behind you, you’ll be able to focus on what you do best - providing high-quality advice and exceptional client service.
The Role
As a Financial Planner, you will:
*Manage and develop an existing portfolio of wealth management clients
*Deliver holistic, whole-of-market financial planning and investment advice
*Conduct comprehensive client reviews, understanding both current circumstances and future financial objectives
*Build long-term relationships by providing ongoing advice and proactive service
*Create tailored financial planning solutions to meet individual client needs
*Work closely with professional introducers including Accountants, Solicitors and Mortgage Advisers
*Keep clients informed of legislative, regulatory and market changes that may impact their financial plans
*Identify opportunities to grow your client bank through referrals and business development

About You
We’re keen to speak with Advisers who have:
*Previous experience as a Financial Planner or Independent Financial Adviser
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
*Chartered status or working towards Chartered (preferred)
*Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection planning
*Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
*A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
*The ability to develop business through referrals and professional connections
