The RoleAs a Commercial Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working with clients across a range of commercial sectors to source high-quality permanent candidates.
Key Responsibilities*Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
*Generate new business through proactive sales and networking.
*Manage the end-to-end permanent recruitment process.
*Source, interview, and shortlist candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
*Advertise vacancies and build talent pipelines.
*Negotiate offers and manage the placement process through to completion.
*Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
*Achieve individual sales and placement targets.
What We’re Looking For*Previous recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or permanent recruitment.
*A proven track record of business development and billing success.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
*A positive attitude and a genuine passion for recruitment.
