Key Requirements*Essential UK Experience:You must have recent, verifiable experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant within a UK primary school setting.
*Classroom Competency: A strong understanding of the EYFS, KS1, or KS2 UK National Curriculum, with hands-on experience running small-group literacy, numeracy, or phonics interventions.
*Safeguarding & Compliance:A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete a new check through Randstad).
*Core Skills:Excellent behaviour management skills, strong communication, and a proactive, warm approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
