Full job descriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a highly regarded specialist team in Leeds, working on complex, high-value private client matters within a supportive and flexible environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll join an experienced team recognised for advising on sophisticated private client work, including high-value estates, agricultural and business assets, cross-border matters and succession planning. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise while building long-term relationships with a loyal client base.
The Role
Your caseload will include:
*Complex estate administration
*Wills, trusts and estate planning
*Inheritance Tax planning and HMRC matters
*Agricultural and business property relief
*Cross-border estates
*Deeds of variation and post-death planning
*Lasting Powers of Attorney and succession planning
About You
You’ll ideally have:
*A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Private Client law
*Experience handling complex estate administration and tax planning matters
*Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts and probate
*Excellent client relationship and communication skills
*STEP qualification, or an interest in working towards it, would be advantageous
