Full job descriptionWe are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Painter to join our Voids team based in the Exmouth area, specialising in carrying out void and refurbishment works to our customers properties.

Competitive basic salary of £35,530 with the potential to earn up to £39,586

The Multi Trade Painter role:
*Specialising in Painting and Decorating, you will be responsible for carrying out redecoration works to our customers properties
*You will also be required to carry out small repairs in other trades such as carpentry and plumbing, where neccessary
*You will be responsible for ensuring our clients properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly
What you will bring as a Multi Trade Painter:
*You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2, ideally in Painting and Decorating
*Experience in basic property maintenance repairs out of Painting works
*Domestic / social housing experience would be beneficial as would experience working void properties
*A full UK Driving License is essential for this role
