A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Finance Manager to join a growing organisation based in the Warrington area. Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and effective support across the business.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
*Oversee payroll, purchase ledger, reconciliations, cashflow and month-end processes.
*Produce management information and support budgeting and financial planning activities.
*Maintain strong financial controls, compliance procedures and audit readiness.
*Support and develop finance team members while driving process improvements.
Requirements
*Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar finance leadership role.
*Strong understanding of month-end processes, payroll, reconciliations and financial controls.
*Good Excel skills and experience using finance systems.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
*AAT Level 4, part-qualified or equivalent experience preferred
