Full job descriptionMain Responsibilities and job activities:
*Investigating complex Oracle HCM incidents raised by business users through to fix and resolution.
*Managing system developments and changes from specification through to implementation.
*Overseeing Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, testing and other essential maintenance
*Coordinating feeder system integrations into Oracle Cloud within the PaaS solution.
*Working in collaboration with the 3rd party technical support provider
*Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on best use of Oracle Cloud.
Experience and skills required:
*Experience of leading on the technical management of Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, ORC, BIP Publisher
*Experience of maintaining and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet business requirement and troubleshoot and fix issues
*Experience of using service desk systems to manage user queries through to resolution
*Experience of change management processes, systems configuration and testing techniques
*Knowledge and understanding of Local Authority IT functions and requirements
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels with clients, colleagues, partners and external organisations.
